STEMWAVE THERAPY

Pain is information. Most people have been taught to silence it instead of fixing what is sending the signal.

StemWave is FDA-cleared focused wave therapy. Five minutes a zone, no needles, no medication, no downtime. We use it to stimulate blood supply and calm down the aches that have been running your week.

The Mechanism

A sound wave your cells can read.

StemWave runs on patented PACE technology. Three stages, all of them controlled, none of them requiring a scalpel or a prescription pad.

01

Energy Delivery

The StemWave handpiece sends focused acoustic waves into the tissue at roughly 1,500 meters per second, reaching as deep as 12 cm. The energy is aimed, not scattered across the surface.

02

Cellular Stimulation

Through mechanotransduction, cells convert that mechanical energy into biochemical signaling. In plain terms, a physical wave gets translated into a repair signal your body already knows how to read.

03

Cellular Response

The tissue responds with increased local blood supply at the treatment site, which is the environment your body needs to do its own recovery work.

The above describes how cells and tissues respond to focused mechanical stimulation. StemWave is intended for temporary relief of minor aches and pains and improvements in local blood supply. Individual results vary.

Where We Point It

ONE DEVICE. 150+ TREATMENT ZONES.

These are the areas people walk in with most often. If your complaint is not on this list, ask. The device covers far more ground than eight tiles can hold.

Knee

Chronic knee pain, patellar tendon irritation, post-activity soreness.

Shoulder

Rotator cuff discomfort, stiffness, limited overhead range.

Lower Back

Acute and lingering low back tightness and soreness.

Foot & Heel

Plantar fascia pain, arch soreness, heel discomfort.

Hand & Wrist

Grip pain, wrist strain, thumb and finger stiffness.

Elbow

Tennis and golfer elbow style tendon pain on either side of the joint.

Hip

Lateral hip discomfort, glute and hip flexor tightness.

Neck

Neck tension and the upper trap tightness that rides with it.

What To Expect

YOU ARE IN AND OUT ON YOUR LUNCH BREAK

There is no IV, no numbing, no gown, and no recovery room. The whole appointment is shorter than the drive over.

Most care plans run 8 to 12 sessions. Provider-reported data puts the average pain reduction at 28 percent after a single session, which means you find out early whether this is your tool or not. If it is not, we will say so instead of selling you the rest of the plan.

01

Gel goes on

A small amount of conductive gel over the treatment area. No numbing, no anesthesia, no prep beyond that.

02

The handpiece works the zone

Most people describe it as tapping or pulsing. Tender spots feel tender. Nobody needs to grit their teeth through it.

03

Five minutes, give or take

A typical zone runs about five minutes. Multiple areas add a few minutes each, not a whole afternoon.

04

You walk out and go on with your day

No downtime, no restrictions, no recovery window. At most you feel something like the day after a hard workout.

DR. JULIA ADAMS, OTD

Occupational Therapist · Hand Specialist

A hand specialist spends her whole career on the smallest, most complicated joints in the body. That is exactly the skill set you want holding a focused wave device.

Julia holds a doctorate in occupational therapy and has built her clinical practice around the hand, wrist, and upper extremity. It is a specialty that rewards precision. She works with tendons, nerves, scar tissue, and joints that live within millimeters of each other, and she is used to treating people whose livelihood depends on getting a grip back.

That background changes how StemWave gets used here. She is not running a device over a general area and hoping. She knows the anatomy underneath the handpiece, she can tell tendon pain from joint pain from referred pain, and she builds the treatment plan around what she finds on the exam table, not around a package someone sold you at the front desk.

Also Available

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY AT THE CLINIC

StemWave is one tool. Julia brings the rest of the toolbox with her. Remastered now offers occupational therapy through the clinic, with a focus on the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder.

For a lot of people the right answer is both: focused wave therapy to change the tissue environment, hands-on therapy and loading to make the change stick. You will get an honest read on which one you actually need.
